Finally, from the marginal benefit of the outbound tourist in China, although the current marginal benefit of the outbound tourist in China only stands a small percentage of the air charter service practioners, the air charter service is the development tendency of the tourist industry and it is with large marginal benefit. The marginal benefit cannot bring immediate benefit of the air charter service in China, but this kind of industry calculation can bring time long benefit in the future. So from this kind of view, it is necessary to use the marginal benefit to calculate the air charter services in China and appropriate practioners should reasonable attend the air charter service practice in China.
The air charter service, as a newly growing up industry in China, has brilliant prosperity if it can develop with arrangement of the practioners and be with the policies support of Chinese government.
