近年來(lái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物在現(xiàn)代人的生活中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。隨著消費(fèi)者維權(quán)意識(shí)的提高,人們網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物的退貨量和對(duì)退貨的要求也越來(lái)越高,這就產(chǎn)生了退貨逆向物流。網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物過(guò)程與實(shí)體購(gòu)物不同,退貨方式和過(guò)程也相對(duì)復(fù)雜,需不同的方案來(lái)解決退貨逆向物流。本文通過(guò)對(duì)浙江金冠股份有限公司電子商務(wù)部的研究,得到如果電子商務(wù)企業(yè)能夠提高便捷的退貨服務(wù),消費(fèi)者滿(mǎn)意度會(huì)有顯著提升,進(jìn)而會(huì)刺激更大的潛在需求。
隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展以及中國(guó)網(wǎng)民的不斷增多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物已成為年輕人時(shí)尚生活的一部分。從2004年至今,中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物的用戶(hù)一直保持較快的增長(zhǎng)速度到2011年網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物人數(shù)將達(dá)到2億[1]。中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物的規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)速度很快,2011年有望達(dá)到7566億元,未來(lái)幾年網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物規(guī)模將繼續(xù)保持較快的增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。
由于在網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物中,客戶(hù)通常只是通過(guò)圖片和文字的簡(jiǎn)單描述來(lái)決定是否購(gòu)買(mǎi),這樣很容易產(chǎn)生不必要的購(gòu)買(mǎi),而且買(mǎi)來(lái)后會(huì)產(chǎn)生號(hào)碼、尺寸等不合適的情況。網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)買(mǎi)的商品需要由物流公司送達(dá),送貨過(guò)程可能會(huì)造成商品的損壞,加上產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不可避免的殘次品等,以上因素都決定了網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物會(huì)有很高的退貨率。

Shopping online shopping returns process actually and real returns are quite different, the return of logistics in e-commerce environment from all over the country, return amount does not necessarily, resulting in the return of the logistics management is very complicated.
