邏輯的性質(zhì)和感知學(xué)分析Perception Paper

理性是我們本身最終的一個結(jié)果。在本文中,作者將試圖解釋的本質(zhì)邏輯與批判性思維之間的關(guān)系,在生活之中我們可以做為一個實(shí)例來分析,對現(xiàn)實(shí)的感知情況遠(yuǎn)非實(shí)際的現(xiàn)實(shí)。在意識到真相的情況下,作者將討論他或她認(rèn)為內(nèi)正在發(fā)生的情況,是否存在差異,發(fā)生了什么,并描述他或她學(xué)到了什么為了改變他或她的批判性思維的過程。

我們工作中一個非盈利的組織之中，作者可以在很短的時間之內(nèi)了解相關(guān)的本質(zhì)理論。而且能夠看到組織的來龍去脈,作者意識到作為一個非盈利機(jī)構(gòu)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的重要性。一個專業(yè)的組織訪問的障礙高危青年過渡到高等教育的生活,自我意識、工作準(zhǔn)備技能、金融知識和大量的通宗教信仰結(jié)構(gòu)，都需要我們來分析。
 

Rationality is being governed by final causes. In this paper the writer will attempt to explain the nature of logic as it relates to critical thinking, identifying an instance in his or her life where perception of reality within a situation was far from the actual reality. In realizing the truth of the situation, the writer will discuss what he or she thought was going on within the situation, whether there was a difference, what happened, and describe what he or she learned in order to make a change in his or her critical thinking process.

 

 

Working in a non-profit organization, the writer became very knowledgeable about the nature of the business in a very short time. Being in a position to see the ins and outs of the organization, the writer realized the importance of achieving his or her goal of becoming the leader of a non-profit organization. An organization that specialized in accessing the barriers of at-risk youths transitioning back into the life of higher education, self-awareness, job readiness skills, financial literacy and an abundance of faith through faith-based structures.

 

Being an employee of an organization that focused on the same mission and values as the one he or she was interested in creating, he or she began to improve his or her work ethics in an attempt to be promoted within the company. Applying for several positions within the organization allowed the writer to showcase the skills and abilities that he or she had to offer. In the beginning of his or her tenure within the organization, the writer became very familiar with the process of the organization and soon realized after being an employee of the organization he or she was going to have to “play” by the rules of the game. Forming an alliance within the company was not an option he or she set out to achieve. Previously over the years, you were promoted based on the relationship that you had with a member of the “Core” group.

 

After being passed up for three different promotions within the organization, the writer scheduled a meeting with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization to discuss the lack of promotions that were being extended that matched his or her skill set. The writer felt as though, he or she was not being selected for an interview process of the positions previously applied for, mainly due to the fact, that he or she had not formed an alliance with anyone. Knowing that the positions were available, and he or she was not being considered offended the writer, who expressed dissatisfaction to the President of the organization.

 

Reality of the circumstances was the President of the organization had the obligation, not only to the employees that he or she has employed; but to the consumers that the organization serviced. Speaking with the President, the writer learned that the root of the problem, started with the management skills of the President. He allowed everything that went on within the organization to go on. In order for the writer to advance within the organization, the writer then had to play the game that the President and the “Core” http://www.mythingswp7.com/MBA/ group of the organization were playing. The writer began to document conversations and create files that pertained to the policy and procedures of the organization seeking a different result.   

 

In conclusion, the writer was not selected for the position that he or she was seeking; but more importantly, the writer did not compromise his or her integrity. He or she decided to continue to apply to positions that he or she qualified and believed in the faithfulness of keeping the faith and believing that perseverance is the key to any accomplishments achieved. Standing up for what you believe in, and demanding the respect of others, is something that will have to continue throughout every day of your life. Never give up and let others determine your worth, your worth is and will always be what you set out to accomplish. Having self-respect for yourself and never allowing anyone to compromise your beliefs will be your reward for life.
