1.Identify specific substantive problem/issues/tasks within anorganisation/ business sector placing them into a strategic context in the research investigations.

2.Formulate valid research questions via; (a) a review of therelated academic literature, (b) a critical review of theactivities and operations of the organisation / business sectorand the environment within which it operates.

3.Demonstrate a clear understanding of different researchmethodologies and their limitations, and be able to explain whenone might be more appropriate than another in the context of thechosen research topic.

4.Evaluate how the personal and organisational learning that hastaken place has affected the development of your skills and ompetences during the programme as a whole.

5.Demonstrate that the project findings have been logically derived and that conclusions/solutions/recommendations are fully supported by the foregoing evidence.

6.Derive recommendations for strategic changes in the organisation/ business sector investigated Skills-based outcomes

7.Design and undertake appropriate qualitative and quantitative research as necessary to analyse organisation/business sector problems.

8.Interpret, record, and analyse data relating to the research topic.
