Based on the situation now, the world resource could be divided into tangible and intangible world. Tangible resource is assets of entity, like equipment, land and employees of a company. On the contrary, intangible resources are an opposite concept which means assets of invisible. Like service, knowledge and brand effect. In recent time, the world technology developing in a high pace and products with new technology invented requiring organizations and individuals have an awareness of saving resource. Likewise, intensive competition in technology markets lead to a waste of both kinds of resource as well. As the IT industry plays a significant role in technology markets, both two kinds of resource have integrated with each other. In my opinion, if a company want to occupy a bigger share of technology markets, it is very important to deal with both two resources in balance. I will list a series of point to argue with different views of tangible and intangible resources in usage of technology markets, and how to allocate those two sources properly.
Tangible resources or assets are any company property that has a physical existence. A tangible resource is one that you can "reach out and touch." Such as Cash, equipment, machinery, plant, property or anything that has long-term physical existence or is acquired for use in the operations of the business and not for sale to customers. Tangible resources are the easiest to evaluate since they are visible and quantifiable.

Human resources: People in companies provide skills, knowledge, intuition, and reasoning (known as human capital). Additionally, the culture inside an organization consists of relationships, values, and routines and companies that have a strong set of managerial values have a strategic advantage over those that don't- through employees increased identity with corporation, increased stability and consistency as well as a guide for appropriate behavior.
