我寫(xiě)這封信是為了解釋為什么我在RMIT學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中失敗了。

作為一名在XXX的留學(xué)生，我在這門(mén)課上面臨著不同的文化鴻溝、生活負(fù)擔(dān)和其他困難，但這些非學(xué)習(xí)的問(wèn)題都解決了，所有這些困難都教會(huì)了我如何面對(duì)困難和如何解決它們。

經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融是我在XXX的專(zhuān)業(yè)，將花費(fèi)三年。該課程由24門(mén)課程（每12學(xué)分）組成，包括：8門(mén)必修的公共商務(wù)核心課程，12門(mén)商業(yè)學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)課程4門(mén)靈活課程

 

I am writing this letter to explain why I fail the course in the process of the study in XXX. 

As an international student in XXX, I have faced different cultural shark, life burden, and other difficulty around the course, but these non-study matters are all solved, all these difficulties are taught me how to face the difficulty and how to solve them. 

Economic and finance is my major in RMIT which would be spent for three years. The program consists of 24 courses (each 12 credit points) and includes: 8 compulsory common business core courses, 12 business discipline major courses 4 flexible courses. The 4 flexible courses can be selected from 2 options: minor courses (any discipline, including business) 4 electives. In the program, I have no idea on the course selection because I have never done it before. In fact, I am suitable to select easy courses during the semester. The way in which college is taught is very different and open. The teacher will ask you which good point A and point B, and normal Chinese students just choose, more looking forward to seeing the teacher is point C, the university want students to have their own point of view, and be able to justify, make analysis and research for their views. A lot of times, I don't want to answer the question, either because I'm afraid of being laughed at and being afraid of being wrong. So when a teacher asks a question, bury the head very low, and over time, the teacher will automatically ignore the students. Add in the fact that I do not love to ask questions, my normal score will be very low, the study efficiency is not high, the exam will not often pass.

In the course study in XXX in 2015, I have failed Macroeconomic 2 and business finance, which was the first year study; I am not familiar with the writing assignment and exams. I am confused with the theories and calculation in these two courses due to the language issues, so that lectures are not easily catch up. I am trying to record the lecture and tutorials by recorders, repeat listening and understanding. After one month, I have deep familiar with the tong of the lectures and catch up the speed of him. As a consequence, the language issues are overcome during the 2015 and listening and understand the lecturer easily. In the writing assignment, I do not understand the structure of the essay and also writing skill is weak, so that I failed the course. During the assignment, I always cannot catch the key points what the lecturer or marker expected in the assignment, which would discuss in the lecture or tutorials, so that I fail the course, discussion involvement is quite important for passing the exams.  #p#分頁(yè)標(biāo)題#e#

In 2016, financial accounting and analysis and investment are failed. These two courses have too much calculations and model building to understand. For the term of the financial accounting, there are many accounting standard to understand to solve the accounting issues; besides that investment, the value model of the company is related to heavy calculation. In the process of the study, calculation is my weakness. Through exams are open book exam, I have believed that exams are quite simple, so that I prepared less in the process of the exam, so that the exam failed. 

In 2017, international monetary economic is failed. I am confused with monetary supply policy and also required the teamwork for the project which is examined on the team cooperation on the project. Will the team's big decisions ask for your opinion? One of the important reasons that team processes and systems are not accepted by team members is that team members are not considered when making the decision. It's not that big decisions require team members to vote, but asking for advice is a must. Do you and other team members meet regularly? And is it really a meeting, or a meeting? It is not the form that really matters, but the sharing of information and the power of the brain to really discuss and solve problems. To pretend to have a meeting is to go through a meeting. I think we've all had meetings like this. In the last, the team project is failed by the unsuccessful project; due to the team performance is not good.

What I learned from the failure, I believe that the difficulty could be covered. The failed exams are experience in my education life which could be valuable. Besides that, I have attitude careful and work hard  to study in the future university and more brave to encounter the more difficulty and overcome them. I am willing to apply the course in the Bond university.
