I’m a student currently in South China Normal University, majoring in Chinese Linguistics. I study diligently and participated in a large number of campus and social activities, such as volunteering in the Asia Olympics Games. In this PS, I want to introduce some special aspects on myself to your honorable school.

The goal to be access to ideals of sages and men of virtue

我應該做什么，我做什么都是我通常考慮的兩個問題。然而，轉向我的最終目標，我堅定地相信，逐漸接近圣人和圣人的理想。這聽起來很瘋狂，但其實每個人都應該有自己的信念，然后他們會對自己嚴格要求，并對卓越進行承諾。What should I do and what can I do are both two questions I usually take into account. However, turning to my ultimate goal in life, I am a firm believer in getting access to ideals of sages and men of virtue gradually. It sounds crazy, but actually everyone should have their belief, and then they will be strict to themselves and undertake commitment to excellence.

 

我喜歡思考，我喜歡從哲學、宗教、政治等方面的一些理論。有很多名人對我有很大的影響。的例子是卡爾馬克思（其唯物主義哲學是有價值的、有益的，有利于世界的科學知識的積累），abdu'l-bah（誰是在宗教信仰中，創作者來自伊朗和追求世界和平和公平的目標），亞伯拉罕林肯（第十六位總統的美國，解放黑奴奴隸和結束內戰），他曾（在我國清代后期的先鋒，輸入技術來自西方國家，他的修養和教育。著名的重要的政治家），和gongson楊（改革者在古代中國，宣傳法律，在我們的社會中的一個重要因素），以上是對我的教育和管理思想，學習丁我以正確的方式探索。他們的理論不僅教我看世界，而且還為我提供了了解世界的方法。I like thinking, I am fond of some theories from philosophy, religion, politics and so on. There are plenty of celebrities having great influence on me. The examples are Karl Marx (whose materialism philosophy is valuable and beneficial, contributing to the accumulation of knowledge of the world like science), Abdu'l-Bah (who is one of creators in Bahai faith, coming from Iran and pursuing the goals for world peace and equity), Abraham Lincoln (the 16th presidents of the U.S.A, liberating negro slaves and ended the civil war), Guofan Zeng (one of important politicians in the late of Qing dynasty in China, the pioneer to input technology from western countries, famous for his self-cultivation and education.), and Gongson Yang ( the reformer in ancient China, publicizing the law as an essential factor in our society), all above are helpful for my thinking in education and administration, leading me to explore in a right way. Their theories not only teach me to see the world, but also provide me with the method to know about the world.

 

說到一些具體的思考，只是舉個例子，在我看來，任何教育和自由權利都應該在三個階段發展。第一階段是根據你的欲望和情感或原始本能。二級依賴于法律和秩序，甚至是慣例。第三階段，取決于人的自覺性，雖然有可能會失去秩序和法律。為什么很多中國人在馬路上走的很可能永遠都不看交通燈是因為他們沒有意識到法律和秩序，他們都住在第一階段。我們在這個問題上應該做的是加強我們的管理。因此，政府是非常重要的，我們不能忽視它在我們社會中的作用。#p#分頁標題#e#

否則，我認為美德在我的生活中扮演一個重要的角色，讓我溫柔。這個例子是給我的血的人，需要和籌集資金的兒童生活在農村和貧困地區的人。

全球范圍內促進教育改革的計劃

我有一個計劃，做一個全球教育研究，并給予幫助的地方人民，以方便當地的教育改革。

看報紙和看網絡視頻是我的日常愛好。由于這些愛好，我可以在教育中了解許多全球問題。我很有興趣當我嘗試比較不同國家的教育。

例如，每個國家都有自己的問題。在英國，當一些專家認為機構應該保證學生有足夠的實踐課程的時候，他們缺乏足夠的技術工人為經濟增長做出貢獻。然而，雖然有一個國家有足夠的技術工人，如德國，教育的問題，如學生不能改變他們的工作很容易在他們的生活中適應特殊的職業教育制度，仍然存在于許多方面。在我國的問題上，不能處理好不同領域的教師分配問題，有效地解決教師權益的公平性問題，我國的一個董事會不能實現高質量的教育。

當我們把重點放在制度上，就可以發現這些問題是由教育制度推動的。我們的主要工作是在教育制度變遷的基礎上改變我們的管理方式。政府是幫助人們堅持秩序，法律和制度。

因此，根據我的計劃，我只想學習這個專業的基本理論，并把它們付諸實踐。我很榮幸成為你們學校的一員。

與行政和教育有關的背景

像中國許多年輕人一樣，我是在“獨生子女政策”下出生的，沒有兄弟姐妹。當我還是個孩子的時候，我父母對我的教育非常重視。他們為我簽署了一系列的額外的利益導向類，所以我的大腦可以完全在早期發展。認為他們的幫助，我已經學會繪畫，并有更多的創造力和想象力比許多其他同行。When it comes to some specific thinking, just to give an example, in my opinion, anything such as education and freedom rights should be developed in three stages. The first stage is according to your desire and emotion or primitive instinct. The second stage relies on law and order, or even convention. The third stage depends on human’s conscientiousness, though there may be lose order and law. Why many Chinese going across the road probably never watch traffic lights is that they don’t make sense of the law and order, and they are staying at the first stage. What we should do in terms of this problem is to enhance our administration. Therefore, the administration is very essential and we could not lose sight of its function in our society. 

 

Otherwise, I think virtue plays an important role in my life and let me be gentle. The example are donating my blood to people in need and raising money for children living in rural and poor areas.#p#分頁標題#e#

The plan to facilitate education reform globally

I have a plan to do a research on education globally and give help to the local people in order to facilitate the local education reform.

I have signed up for some course related with education, including`````````````

Reading newspaper and watching online video are my daily hobbies. Due to these hobbies, I can know a lot of global issues in education. It interests me when I try to compare different educations in different countries. 

 

For instance, Each countries have their own problems. In Britain, they are lack of enough supply of skilled workers contributing to the growth of economy when some specialists believe institution should ensure students with enough practical courses. However, although there is a country with enough supply of skilled workers like Germany, the educational problems, such as students could not change their jobs easily in their life on account of having adapted to special vocational educational system, still exists in many ways. Coming back to problems in China, Because we can not deal with the problems in teacher assignment which should be balanced in different areas and the problems in equity of teachers treatment efficiently, a board range of students in China can not attain the high quality of education. 

 

When we put emphasis on the system, we can find the those problems are promoted by educational system. The main work for us is to change our ways of administration based on the the change of educational system. The administration is to help people stick to the order, law and system.

 

Therefore, according with my plan, I just want to learn basic theory in this major and put them into practice. It’s my honor to be one of members in your school.

 

The background relevant to administration and education 

 

Like many young people in china, I was born under the “single-child policy” without sisters and brothers. When I was a child, my parents had attached great importance to my education. They signed up a great range of extra interest-oriented class for me, so that my brain could be developed completely in the early time. Thinks to their help, I have learned drawing, and have been more creative and imaginative than many other peers. In my childhood, I remember the place I frequently went was the library and bookshop. In order to nourish my interest on reading, my mother usually put me into library and bookshop in convenience for her daily grocery shopping during those days. I didn’t know the importance until I sign up a course called “Family Education” in my university. Now I really appreciate my parents’ wisdom.

 

No doubt, as well as educators, my parents are also administrators when they are at work. My father now is a director in an environmental protection agency and he has a long experience in personnel bureau, where staff should service for labor and elite’s assignment and change of personnel. He was accomplished at how to administrate staff in his workplace. As for my mother, she has been a curator in a library in my district for a long time, she knows how to administrate the books in high efficiency and she earned great reputation in this job. Due to their special status, I recognized the importance of administration much earlier than my peers. I have learned that everything cannot keep away from administration, even if it is to manage our time. So I hold the view that where has system, and where has administration.
